The Shreveport-Bossier Rescue Mission is a Christian-based organization. Although we don't force or impose religious beliefs on anyone, we welcome the opportunity to minister to the spiritual and emotional needs of everyone who enters our doors. To that end, evening chapel services take place daily at the McNeil Street facility for all our residents to attend.
The Rescue Mission conducts one chapel service per day Monday through Saturday and two services on Sunday. Each service lasts approximately one hour and consists of praise and worship, collective prayer and an inspirational message.
Nightly chapel services are offered at 6 p.m. If you or your church would like to participate in or lead a chapel service, contact Jim Brackman, (318) 227-2868, ext. 134.
