"All these people are here for us?" one homeless man asked with disbelief in his voice.

Each of our volunteers made such a difference in the lives of the homeless men, women and children served at Thanksgiving.

One hundred thirty-nine volunteers donated 288 hours of their time to minister to the homeless on Thanksgiving Day. They worked in the kitchen, served plates of turkey, dressing, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, and cranberry sauce, helped set up Christmas trees, organized the hygiene and clothes rooms, checked in volunteers, served tea and pie, and many other acts of service.
